After four years of work with the aim of developing a sustainable production model for the wine sector in the Priorat region, the consortium shows the results obtained, as well as the environmental benefits achieved.
Among the achievements, the reduction in the consumption of irrigation water (between 25% and 35%) and 100% of the chemical fertilizers used on the studied surface stand out. Likewise, the project has managed to involve 60 wineries and more than 500 winegrowers from the Priorat region.
